1.	The copyright to the application belongs to its author, Oleg Zaytsev (http://z-oleg.com/secur).

2.	This version is freeware and not intended for commercial use.

3.	The author reserves the right to terminate this license for any of the subsequent AVZ licenses.

4.	AVZ is freeware as long as this setup package remains unchanged. No individual or company may charge a fee for AVZ without the author’s prior consent in writing.

The AVZ toolkit is supplied “as is” without any warranty, either expressed or implied. Use this software at your own risk. The author is not liable for any data losses or corruption, impairment of other programs or the system, or any lost profit resulting from the use or misuse of this software product. By default, the application operates in analytical mode and does not modify anything in the host system. The user makes the decision to enable the removal mode.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer the application or use the application or its components in ways other than those identified in this license agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license agreement and may result in prosecution under law.

7.	All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the author.

8.	By installing and using AVZ you signify understanding and acceptance of this license agreement.

9.	If you do not agree to this license agreement, remove the AVZ setup package files from your data storage devices and discontinue using the application.
